Our contests here tend to be in one of two categories - silly, or serious.
Some of them, With will post and they're silly, like "Most adorable kitten picture wins 10 Denarii, GO.", and the reward ( Denarii. ) is small.
The winners are chosen by With.
Others are longer, serious, and take more of your time. These involve things like art, writing, or other sorts of contests, and the reward is much larger.
The winners of the serious contests are chosen by everyone in a poll, and there is never more than one or two big contests going on at once.
So have fun and enter some - they aren't obligatory, and some can be really fun, and a game of one upsmanship. [/blockquote] |
