Family: Missing. They disappeared when he was a child. Schism: Nihil Rank: Combatant Personality: Tel'Real (or "Tel" as his friends call him) is a Harfang, or Snowy Owl with a easy going, calm attitude. His parents are from Australia, noting the Australian accent. His Snowy Owl features are from about 2 generations back, when his great grandmother paired up with one. He enjoys resting high in the trees, concealed in leaves. Rarely does he go down to the ground, but when he does he enjoys to perhaps use his wings to hop from boulder to boulder or try and use the stepping stones in a river instead of just flying over it. He enjoys any form of fun, but can get gravely serious. Because of his missing eye, he is quite paranoid on his left side. Any slight movement on that side can cause him to flinch and look around for anything from a few seconds up to half an hour, but he does not quickly shy away from situations. He is usually curious about everything threatening and such. Oh, hear a growl from a dark pit? No worries. I'll go check it out. Quick History: When Tel was nothing but an egg, his parents disappeared a couple days before he hatched. Luckily his nest was in the sun, so he got his warmth from that. The night wasn't the coldest, either. He hatched without any food, but fortunately he was in Nihil territory, so one came and took him in. He has lived every since childhood with the Nihil. They all seemed serious. A bit too serious, for him, that is. He didn't mind. He still spent most of his time in Kinir territory, as the terrain was his favorite there. His missing eye is from a quite unlucky fight he picked with a wyvern. I mean, come on! A wyvern! I could've taken him down! He was complet-- Ahem. Excuse me. Back to third person. Strengths And Weaknesses: Since he is quite a large owl, he is quite a competition, since he's bigger than most other owls. Other creatures, on the other hand... erm.. let's not talk about that. At least I have wings, okay? His missing eye is definitely a huge disadvantage while fighting, and it makes sneak attacks easier than ever. Being large is also a disadvantage, as it makes him an easy target, and less nimble than smaller owls. Fears and Quirks: Butterflies. Yugh. I hate those things. Why? I'll tell you why. Bad. Childhood. Experiences. Ain't going to say anything more. Paranoia is Tel'Real's greatest issue. Not sure what could be right next to you. Or behind you. You know. Beliefs: Since Tel grew up in an atheistic society, he does not really believe in Him. Although, since he couldn't really say no to being brought in, and the Nihil fed and raised him, he had to be grateful and believe what they believed. Although, he does think about Him every once in a while. Tel'Real's always wondering who, or even what was beyond this world. --Thanks for reading!
